Every tailgating pro knows bacon does make everything better. Whether it's bacon wrapped shrimp, bacon burgers or bacon potato salad, the fatty pork tends to be a staple during football season. This recipe is a new one and definitely is a bit healthier then the typical bacon loaded recipes.
Ingredients:1 lb of bacon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees or fry up the bacon on the grill. Cut bacon strips into thirds and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the bacon for 10 to 15 minutes or until very crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to blot grease. Put a spoonful of guacamole on a piece of bacon, and top with another piece of bacon. Repeat until all bacon has been slathered with the good green stuff.

2 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat. Using a fork add the salt, and cayenne and mash. Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.
